Shipping costs

Our delivery rates are simple. They apply to every order, regardless of the number of items or your address in Canada or the U.S. You can choose the service you require at checkout.

 
For gift cards, the delivery charge is $2.95 per shipment when you don't reach the minimum purchase threshold for free delivery.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or abroad.

For all destinations, shipping costs will be $35 can.

  

Delivery times

Your order will be processed within 2 to 7 working days of the transaction, and delivered within 2 to 12 working days, depending on the destination address. To ensure the security of our teams, several precautions have been put in place that may cause delays in processing your order.

 

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
