LAMOUREUX & SONS knives are entirely handcrafted by Quebec artisans. The manufacture of each piece involves more than 60 steps and numerous rigorous quality controls. What's more, the unique shape of each model's handle has been studied and developed to ensure a comfortable and safe grip in the intended use. The handles are permanently connected to the blades by distinctive ornamental rivets. All parts are protected by a leather sheath hand-sewn by our craftsmen.
