Our products
Lamoureux & Sons knives undergo over 60 stages of production and numerous rigorous quality controls. The blades are made of S-30V stainless steel from the renowned Crucible Steels foundries. This alloy is one of the most powerful in terms of cutting performance, while maintaining its sharpness admirably. The guards are made from 416 stainless steel, ideal for its rigidity and corrosion resistance.
The ergonomically designed handles are made from stable materials such as Cocobolo, Ebony, Micarta and Horn. Specially selected for their hardness and strength. The unique shape of each model's handle has been studied and developed to ensure a comfortable and safe grip in the intended use. Handles are permanently connected to the blades by ornamental rivets or stainless steel.
