LAMOUREUX & SONS knives are entirely handcrafted by Quebec artisans. Each piece undergoes more than 60 stages of production and numerous rigorous quality controls. All blades are made of S-30V stainless steel from the renowned Crucible Steels foundries. This alloy is one of the most powerful in terms of cutting performance, while maintaining its sharpness admirably. The guards are formed from 416 stainless steel, which is ideal for its rigidity and resistance to corrosion.

The ergonomically designed handles are carved from cocobolo or Madagascar ebony, species specially selected for their hardness, strength and, above all, their high oil content, which makes our handles stable and rot-proof. The unique shape of each model's handle has been studied and developed to ensure a comfortable and safe grip in the intended use. The handles are permanently connected to the blades by distinctive ornamental rivets. All parts are protected by a leather sheath hand-sewn by our craftsmen.
