Our products
The manufacturing of Lamoureux & Sons knives involves over 60 steps and numerous rigorous quality controls. The blades are made of S-30V stainless steel from the renowned Crucible Steels foundries. This alloy is one of the most efficient in terms of cutting while maintaining its sharpness admirably. The guards are formed from type 416 stainless steel, which is ideal for its rigidity and resistance to corrosion.
The ergonomically designed handles are made from stable materials such as Cocobolo, Ebony, Micarta and horn. Species specially selected for their hardness and resistance. The unique shape of the handle of each model has been studied and developed to ensure a good, comfortable and safe grip during the intended use. The handles are permanently connected to the blades by ornamental or stainless steel rivets.
